From the 11th to the 13th of October, Maria Hrysoheraki, certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, will share the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda in Mani of Lakonia.

The Yoga & Ayurveda Healing Retreat is not limited to solely the practice of Pranayama και Iyengar Yoga. In Ayurveda, the types of Dosha represent our personality and our physical condition, and each Dosha has different characteristics. In addition to our physical appearance, behavior, and feelings, Dosha also describes our skin type.

Free time until 18:00 when we will gather for practice.
18:00-19:30 – Iyengar yoga & Pranayama, with meditation at the end of the lesson.

Saturday, October 12th
08:30 – 10:00 Iyengar Yoga emphasizing the feeling of warmth, grounding, and stability. A practice with deeply calming effects in the element of air (Vata) which characterizes the Fall season.
10:30 Breakfast
Free time for baths, rest and a walk. You can visit the scenic village of Oitylo, with its well-preserved stone homes, stone paths and old churches, which is only a stone’s throw away.

- Limeni, a small coastal village, with its turquoise waters and the museum at the old Mavromichali manner.
- The castle of Kefala
- The historical Dekoulou Convent with its 18th-century murals
- The historical village of Areopoli

08:30 – 10:00 Iyengar yoga session with the purpose of detox and rejuvenation. It will conclude with deep relaxation
